EMIS Web e-learning – There are recorded training videos available via the EMIS Now webpage. Access the webpage from the Support Centre link. Under Products, select EMIS Web, and click the Recorded Knowledge icon. There is a catalogue of recorded sessions together with the running times, including a Getting Started with EMIS Web and a Consultations Overview.

Training for new staff – the Primary Care IT team are still available for Webex training sessions. You only need access to a PC and telephone. Please email CAPCCG.GPClinicalSystemQueries@nhs.net to arrange a session.
NHS App e-Learning Module
NHSx have worked closely with the Practice Managers Association (PMA) to develop an interactive course to help raise awareness and increase knowledge of the NHS App for practice staff. This tool is another way to learn about the NHS App, its functions and benefits.
The course is free of charge, users just need to register on the PMA website. Please circulate to your practice staff, promoting the NHS App can support patients to use digital wherever possible during COVID-19.
