Introduction
Within local General Practice there are talented educators, who really understand the work of primary care.
System wide there is a demand for accessible high-quality training to support revalidation and appraisal for GPs; responding to new ways of working, supporting resilience and enhancing patient care.
The Training Hub wants to commission local high-quality education to meet the needs of Primary Care. By supporting local clinicians in developing and delivering local seminars on relevant topic we aim to increase the range and availability of education and with it the quality of care delivered in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
We are interested in hearing from you if you would like to deliver a seminar on:
- Clinical Topics
- Managerial topics
- Leadership
- Staff wellbeing & support
The offer
The Training Hub can offer support as required to turn your ideas into a training event which may include:
- Mentoring to support development of programme and content (GP clinical lead)
- Booking of venues
- Admin support in advertising and booking delegates
- Hosting meeting
- Speaker fee – funding to be agreed after review of application
Commitment from provider
Any slides/educational materials developed will be made available via the Training Hub website.
