Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care System, in partnership with CPFT and Lifecraft, have launched a new, independent support service in response to the pandemic, specifically for people who work in healthcare, social care, the voluntary sector or not-for-profit sector in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The pandemic has affected us all in different ways, some of us are juggling working from home with caring responsibilities, some are feeling overwhelmed at work or at home, some are stressed because of financial problems, some may be anxious every time they hear an update on the news, some are feeling the strain of isolation, and some may be struggling to mentally recover from COVID-19 or the loss of a loved one. Some of us may just feel down or a bit less bright, but we aren’t sure why.
You can call for free and completely confidential support, to talk through any problems you’re facing, whatever they may be. Our dedicated phone line is the quickest and easiest way to contact the Staff Support Hub for support and referral/signposting to all Hub services 0808 801 0377, 1pm-4pm Monday to Friday.
The Hub provides a safe space with a trained wellbeing professional to chat or speak about your struggles and wellbeing needs and to provide you with fast access to services according to your individual needs. You can also access free and confidential wellbeing workshops and group therapy sessions, including relationship counselling, through the Hub.
