One week to go until National CLEAR Week: A series of free online events, workshops and interactive sessions focussing on practical insights into healthcare transformation and workforce redesign.
National CLEAR Week is an exciting opportunity to hear more about CLEAR, listen to influential healthcare decision makers and take part in interactive workshops all surrounding innovation and transformation within the NHS.
CLEAR, which stands for Clinically-Led workforcE and Activity Redesign, is a national redesign programme placing clinicians at the heart of healthcare innovation and decision making. It is sponsored by Health Education England and delivered by 33n, a team of clinicians, data engineers and scientists who are united in their passion to improve services, address workforce challenges and enhance patient care.
The week has a jam-packed programme designed to inspire you and give a flavour of what the CLEAR programme is all about. Tantalise your transformation tastebuds in our “A taste of CLEAR” session or take a chance on our health-themed Monopoly and play a game of Wardopoly, which will challenge you to create the most ideal and efficient workforce for your ward. From data visualisation to workforce wellbeing, from primary care to critical care, CLEAR week has it all.
Former CLEAR participants will share their experiences of working on the programme, the new skills they’ve developed, the innovative solutions they’ve led and the impact they’ve made. And you’ll hear from members of our CLEAR Faculty who’ll introduce the key ingredients of CLEAR, the methodology and explain in interactive workshops the four stages of the programme. The week will also feature some great talks from influential guest speakers from all aspects of healthcare including Dr Mark Shenton, Julie Combes, Kirstie Baxter, Patrick Mitchell and Dr Nav Chana.
Take a look at the schedule on the CLEAR website and sign up using the interactive timetable to receive a calendar invite and Zoom link.
