Business Fundamentals for GPs
Bespoke business training course for C&P GPs.
Cambs LMC has teamed up with Beds and Herts LMC, and with funding from the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Training Hub, is pleased to offer a bespoke Business Fundamentals Training Course to local GPs who are new to partnership in the past three years, or to those who are on an evidenced route to partnership.
The course will cover 8 modules over a period of six months, predominantly delivered online, with a view to face-to-face sessions in line with Covid safety requirements as the course progresses. Each module will be half a day in duration, culminating in a full day to complete the course. and will typically include:
Module 1: Introduction to the Programme
Module 2: Legal Obligations
Module 3: Digital Healthcare
Module 4: Understanding Finance
Module 5: Developing Your Workforce
Module 6: Operating for Excellence & Change
Module 7: Personal Development & Leadership
Module 8: Strategic Planning
There will be an opportunity for local GPs to submit their Expressions of interest via The Training Hub’s website. Spaces will be limited so please don’t delay in submitting your expression of interest.
