Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Training Hub is a dynamic and fast-growing NHS organisation set up to help our local practices attract, develop and retain people to work in General Practice across the patch.
We currently have the following opportunities for GPs to work with us on key projects:
Quality and Differential Attainment Lead
(3 sessions per week)
The QDA lead is an exciting new role which will take the lead on the quality and differential attainment portfolio of work, to maintain and improve the quality of student placements and training pathways for GP trainees across C and P ICS.
GP Trainer Expansion Lead
(2 sessions per week)
Fixed term assignment for 1 year. The GP Trainer Expansion Lead will focus on a key development area for us, to increase the number of GP trainers and increase the number of training practices across our area.
First 5 GP Lead Cambridge Area
(2 sessions per month)
Fixed term assignment 6 months to then be reviewed. We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to take over the role of Cambridge F5 GP Lead that has been developed over the past 18 months, providing advice and support for GPs in their first five years of career in the Cambridge area.
