The Qualitas Pathway to Partnership development programme is for new and prospective partners in GP practices looking to accelerate their professional development and help their practice thrive and succeed.
This 12-month programme focuses on Leadership, Strategy and Operations and for those new to partnership, NHS England offers funding via the New to Partnership Payment Scheme.
The partners on the April 2021 cohort of Pathway to Partnership have rated the programme as 4.4 out of 5 stars.
