Much great learning goes on in informal settings – in the coffee room, over dinner, with colleagues and peers.
Courses can be chosen and organised but rarely meet the need of the problem encountered today in practice.
Whether you get together with professional friends or colleagues or would like to meet with clinicians from your area, we’d like to help support creating opportunities for clinical staff to talk and listen to each other, to discuss work and help meet your professional CPD for appraisal and revalidation.
Training Hub have funding available of up to £400 per meeting to help develop peer learning. Whether you have an established peer learning set and would like funding for your meetings or want to set one up but are not sure where to start, we can help with expertise, practical support and funding.
