Care Navigation Training Programme
These sessions are for those new to care navigation and will offer foundation level skills training. On completion, individuals will be confident to communicate effectively with patients and members of the multi-disciplinary team to signpost to the most relevant clinician or local services depending on patient needs. An advanced level for those with experience will be available shortly.
