Our approach is one of simplicity. ‘Mental Health & Safety’ starts from the real world perspective that it’s okay to not be okay. That said, there are numerous strategies that, if adopted, will enhance your wellbeing. The content focuses on pressure versus stress and delegates are taught to recognise early warning signs in self and others.
The keystone habits of eat/move/sleep are covered and delegates are taught how to break bad habits and create good ones. The workshop uses tried and tested techniques as well as introducing the latest thinking in areas of positive psychology, inside-out thinking and growth mindsets.
As always, the good news is that we’re careful to disguise these concepts and deliver a session that is thought-provoking and great fun.
