Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Training Hub provides training, education and workforce support for General Practice staff across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We deliver diverse, innovative education and training opportunities and offer our workforce coaching, mentoring and peer support. We seek to inspire and develop new supervisors, educators and learning environments and we provide workforce planning support to Practices and PCNs to meet the needs of patients. Belonging in Practice Series

Our new series of webinars for staff working in General Practice in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough explores belonging in practice, with sessions on IMGs, neurodiversity, race and identity, LGBTQ+ inclusion and sustainable careers.

Looking to celebrate LGBTQ+ communities this Pride Month? Join Pride in Practice or take part in our new interactive session exploring the history of Pride, and focused learning on LGBTQ+ people with learning disabilities and LGBTQ+ veterans.

CPTH Leadership Skills Series

A new series of leadership development workshops designed for anyone who leads teams within primary care (clinical and non-clinical), who would like to refresh their skills, knowledge and confidence in leading a team.

ARRS GP Support & Development

Our programme offers access to education, mentoring and peer support for GPs employed under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough practices.

Educator Training

Becoming a GP educator or learning organisation in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough is a rewarding way of enhancing your skills and supporting the next generation of local GPs.

Digital Support & Training

We offer digital training to support Practice and PCN staff in developing competencies and proficiency in digital tools, including clinical reporting, data use, and wider digital transformation and integration.
