Quality Improvement Upscale Grants
Our new GP Quality Improvement Upscale Grants are designed to offer GPs time and support to help scale up Quality Improvement initiatives. To be eligible, applicants must have successfully completed a QI project at a practice level, be able to demonstrate the positive outcomes of this project, and present a plan for how they intend to scale the QI project at PCN or larger level.
ARRS GP Support & Development Programme
We are excited to introduce the ARRS GP Support & Development Programme, offering access to education, mentoring and peer support for GPs employed under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS)
Career Break Support
Taking a break in career can be a challenge, balancing the motivation for the break in your working life with the drive to continue working in some capacity in the future. No matter the reason for your career break, the Training Hub can provide opportunities to access advice, support and training to help you before, during and after your absence from work.
Mid-career GP Development Funding
We are delighted to offer Mid-Career Development Funding for those who would like to explore a special interest in study as they progress through their career. We are also keen to hear from those who would be willing to mentor others as part of this opportunity.
GP Leadership Grants
Leadership skills are fundamental to the positive growth and performance of all organisations, and good leaders are able to motivate, support and retain staff, which means a more consistent provision of care to our patients. We are delighted to offer a grant towards a programme of leadership study for current or new leaders within practices and PCN’s.
