East of England Leadership Academy are offering coaching and mentoring for NHS staff. Coaching is one of the key approaches through which leadership can be developed, whether as a one-to-one focused and bespoke relationship or in a group context. HELP Employee Assistance Programme
Available free to Primary Care staff, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Trained wellbeing and counselling practitioners offer confidential, independent, and unbiased support for personal or work-based issues, and includes individual counselling sessions where relevant.
