Celebrating our strengths

This interactive webinar will examine our strengths, based on the VIA strengths inventory and questionnaire, and consider how we can use these optimally to

  • problem solve
  • enhance our sense of wellbeing and personal empowerment
  • boost our energy
  • make us more resourceful, and
  • create a ‘bank’ of resources that we can call on in challenging circumstances

Please note the speaker, Jo Cullen, requests that you will need to complete a free survey that takes around 15minutes to complete prior to the webinar so that you have your results to hand to refer to during the webinar. We will send the link to the email you register with.
