These monthly sessions provide an introduction on how to implement a personal health budget (PHB) in mental health, learning disability and/or autism services. They are open to people who are thinking about starting a PHB offer in these areas.

Session agenda:

  • Introduction
  • How to access relevant resources on the Future NHS collaborative platform
  • Focus on the PHB Implementation Framework
  • Practical examples of how resources / tools have been used or developed.
  • Q&A session

Speakers will include colleagues from exemplar sites and representatives from a mix of backgrounds such as VCSE, providers and CCGs.
