CQC guidance advices that each GP practice should have a chaperone policy in place for the benefit of both patients and staff. Members of staff who undertake a formal chaperone role need to be formally trained in order to develop the necessary competency required.
This 3-hour course is appropriate for all clinical and non-clinical staff wishing to perform the role of a formal chaperone in a health care setting.
Delegates will have access to relevant and up to date documents, case studies videos and links on the CMT Clarimed Training website following completion of this course.
