The Quality and Outcomes Framework guidance released in March 2023 introduced a new quality improvement (QI) module, which focuses on workforce and wellbeing in 2023/24. It will form part of the QOF activity starting from April.
We know that practices will be at different points in relation to supporting the wellbeing of their workforce therefore NHSE are facilitating a workshop on Wednesday 19th July 12-1.30pm for colleagues to share, learn, develop ideas and initiatives to support the ambitions set out for this QI module.
