Important Information

To access both of the GPIP Offers of the Intensive Programme (26 weeks) and the Intermediate Programme (13 weeks), Practices will need to consider the following:-

Does the Practice have:-

  • A cloud/internet-based phone system that is generating data like call volumes by time, dropped calls and waiting times
  • Is currently using a digital contact tool such as an online consultation system
  • A willingness to undertake a Support Level Framework facilitated conversation
