This course will look at the role of DWP Advanced Customer Support Senior Leaders (ACSSL) who form a network of support throughout England, Scotland and Wales providing support and guidance for cases involving customers at risk of abuse, harm, and neglect.
Improving how we support our most vulnerable customers is a priority for DWP. You will learn more about DWP’s approach to identifying and providing targeted help to those with serious and immediate needs, through embedding a multi-agency approach to ensure that customers get the support they need.
We will look at the team structure and discuss scenarios that the ACSSL has supported with to explore best practice.
