Henley Business School is proud to collaborate with NHS England to support the development of Emerging Leaders and to bring considerations of equality, diversity and inclusion into every day management within the NHS.
This apprenticeship will equip learners with the essential skills to be senior leaders who can manage their responsibilities effectively; ensuring their leadership approach supports long-term organisational EDI goals.
This apprenticeship is based on Henley’s leadership and management apprenticeship programme, and will support personal development across seven thematic modules.
Henley Business School are delivering the apprenticeship, with NHS England supporting through addition of contextualised information on equality, diversity and inclusion. This will help ensure that EDI is the golden thread running throughout each module.
Henley’s combined approach of theory and on-the-job practice supports learners to become knowledgeable and competent in real-world business scenarios.
With costs covered by the apprenticeship levy, apprentices will gain a Level 7 apprenticeship; an Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from the Chartered Management Institute; and, a postgraduate diploma. There is an option to continue on to a MSc Management for Future Leaders.
