We are excited to announce the launch of our CPTH Quality Improvement Upscale Grants for GPs employed and working in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough general practice.
These grants are designed to offer GPs both time and support to help scale up Quality Improvement initiatives.
The offer:
- 2 funded sessions per month for 6 months, compensated at the rate of £285 per session
- Monthly coaching sessions with a GP coach experienced in QI projects (1hr per month)
Eligibility:
- The grant is available to GPs employed and working in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough general practice.
- Applicants must have successfully completed a QI project at a practice level, be able to demonstrate the positive outcomes of this project, and present a plan for how they intend to scale the QI project at PCN or larger level.
- Applicants must have the support of their practice in the chosen QI project. The practice must confirm it will provide the opportunity to complete any work that relates to the project and that the chosen area of study will be valuable for the practice/PCN/system.
Terms:
- Successful applicants are expected to start work within 6 weeks of grant approval and to complete the project within 6 months of commencement. You will be required to notify Training Hub of the start date of your project.
- The grant will be paid in 2 retrospective payments, the first after submission of a progress report at 3 months, and the second on submission of final outcomes.
