Line Managers play a key role in an apprentice’s success and experience throughout their learning journey as they link their education with on-the-job application. We want to ensure we provide you with all the information you need before an apprenticeship begins, to ensure a positive experience for both employers and employees.

• What on-the-job learning means for you and your apprentice
• How best to support your apprentice
• Identifying key work projects
• Qualifications the learner will achieve
