The basic 2 hour course outline is to cover;

  1. Identify the causes and promote the prevention of cardiopulmonary arrest
  2. Primary Survey & recognition of cardiac arrest and calling for help
  3. Undertake the skills of quality CPR and defibrillation (AED) and simple airway manoeuvres
  4. The person who is unconscious and recovery position
  5. Choking and techniques to manage this
  6. Anaphylaxis inc. use of AAI’s

It is the second building on the Avenue (Left hand side). There is free car parking to the rear of the building. Go to the rear door, buzzer entry, call West Cambs Federation and they will be let in and directed to the training room.
