Overview

BringBaby aims to provide educational updates to GPs on parental leave, career breaks or recently returned to work.

Each update event will include educational workshops and a baby-centred session such as baby yoga, massage or music.

All events are open to those with or without babies.

Working with the East Anglia Faculty of the RCGP, BringBaby aims to provide free professional development update events to those on parental leave, career break or who work whilst having young children and take the stress out of having to find childcare for the day – simply bring your baby to the update event and learn whilst with your baby.

Hear about recent updates within your profession, network with local colleagues and enjoy a day with a difference with your baby.

Babies of 20 months and under are welcome to attend with their parent.

The session is fully funded and aimed at anyone on a career break or GPs new to the area wishing to have a localised update eg new international doctors.  The day will consist of a mandatory training element and also a baby centred session e.g. baby yoga, baby massage, baby music or baby soft play.

Small group discussions will replace baby-centred sessions for those attending without a baby.

The whole day will be relaxed, informative and friendly and will have a breakout area for feeding and relaxing with your baby whilst you learn.
