Calling all Care Coordinators, you are invited to a national event being held virtually on Wednesday 23rd March 2022 exclusively for Care Coordinators
Whether you are new to post or have been in post for some time, this event has been designed just for you. Come and join your community for an afternoon of celebration, reflection, and inspiration.
As a Care Coordinator, you have been on the front-line day in day out, working with your communities with your determination and passion to help others. We want to extend our gratitude to you and celebrate your incredible efforts during what has been a very challenging year.
This will be an opportunity to:

- Hear from motivational and inspiring speakers
- Reflect on your own experiences and personal resilience
- Connect with your fellow Care Coordinator community
You will also receive a certificate of attendance as part of your continued personal and professional development.
