Join us for the Care Navigation in Practice webinar on Thursday 26 October 2023, from 5 pm – 6 pm. To attend, please ensure you register by 12 pm on Wednesday 25 October 2023.

What’s the webinar about?

The Delivery Plan for Recovering Access to Primary Care is transforming patient care. Sets out our commitment to tackle the 8am rush and make it easier and quicker for patients to get the help they need from primary care. This webinar is part of our series covering the plan’s four pillars:

  • Empowering Patients
  • Implementing Modern General Practice Access
  • Building Capacity
  • Cutting Bureaucracy

Learn about our Care Navigation Training, a crucial aspect of implementing modern general practice access.

Practice and PCN managers can nominate one staff member, ideally receptionists and care navigators involved in triaging, for fully funded training at foundation or advanced level.

Hear about the support from NHS England, training provider the National Association of Primary Care, and first-hand experiences from successful learners and practices.

Who should attend?

This webinar welcomes anyone in general practice or primary care interested in this training. It’s especially beneficial for practice and PCN managers and eligible staff.
