This webinar will explore the topic of self-management or self-care. It will look at the skills needed for people working in health and care to foster self-management and interventions for people with long term health conditions.

  • Dr Andrew McDowell for TPC health will explore the role of health coaching skills and how they underpin all interactions in health and social care with some practical tips.
  • Lynne Craven who will share her personal experience of self-management and how she applied that to being part of the team that developed and ran a highly effective evidence based structured self-management program that enable people with long term health conditions to develop the confidence to self-manage.
