The content of this workshop looks at different approaches to leading change and managing new processes and ways of working. Delivered as a mix of presentation and group work, we consider how our own impact and emotions contribute to the success of leading a change including when there may be resistance.
Change is hard work and tiring and this workshop aims to provide some tools and increased confidence in pushing on with new ways of working.
This session is aimed at any member of practice and PCN teams working on the GPCPCS scheme, trying to engage teams and implementing new processes.
