Aims & Learning Outcomes:

This training will focus on the impact of domestic abuse upon adults, exploring the complexities and consider adults with support and care needs. It will also explore the typologies of domestic abuse based on the work of Michael P Johnson

By the end of the training session participants will have

  • Increased understanding of the complexities of domestic abuse
  • Considered the impact upon adult support needs of people
  • Awareness of the local support services

Target Audience:

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Practitioners and Volunteers working with children and families who may be affected by domestic abuse.
