Aims & Learning Outcomes:
To explore intimate partner violence amongst young people and its impact. It will include recommendations domestic homicide reviews. The training will also explore adolescent to parent violence.
By the end of the training participants will have
- Enhanced awareness of the how to support young people experiencing domestic abuse
- Be more confident with resources available to offer support and guidance
- Be able to improve working with young people where domestic abuse is a feature
Target Audience:
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Practitioners and Volunteers working with children and families who may be affected by domestic abuse.
