The NHS has an ambitious plan to be Net Zero by 2045. Together with NHS partners in NW London, the Care Quality Commission, research institutions and patients, Hiyos is running a series of panel discussions on the NHS’s plans, with practical ways you can make a difference.
Why are we running this programme?
The earth is heating up and we have to act now! Not just countries and corporates, but all of us. It’s the biggest emergency facing our planet and it effects future generations and us all in the coming years.
Medicines account for 25% of emissions within the NHS.
