First 5 GP Group Talk: Health Inequity and Inequalities in Travelling Communities

For Cambridgeshire and Peterborough GPs within their first 5 years of practice.

This evening we’ll be joined by Dr Tanya Blumenfeld.

The talk will include a brief background to what we know about health in the Travelling communities and the barriers that these communities face in accessing health care, and how to improve this. There will be case presentations and discussion is welcomed.

Dr Tanya Blumenfeld is a GP, teacher and researcher and has provided health care to Irish Travellers and Gypsies for many years.
