This GP education session is being delivered as part of the CPTH GP Education Programme. It is open to GPs and ACPs working in Primary Care in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
For this session, Adrian Park will be joining us for a talk on current obesity management in particular discussing how new obesity medications are changing care.
Adrian trained in Chemical Pathology (Metabolic Medicine) at Imperial College, where he undertook a PhD investigating the role of gut hormone in energy homeostasis. Adrian has been a full-time consultant and Obesity Lead at Addenbrooke’s since 2009. Adrian also is one of the Chemical Pathology Consultants and Diabetes Consultants at Addenbrooke’s.
