This education session is being delivered as part of the GP Fellowship Education Programme and is open to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough GPs who are enrolled on the GP Fellowship Scheme or early career GPs who are within their first 5 years of practice.

The month we’ll be joined by Dr Johnathan Sunkersing for a session on the diagnosis and management of chronic insomnia in Primary Care.

Sleep health is vital for the health of our patients and we frequently see patients with sleep problems in primary care. Chronic insomnia is a very common sleep problem and we often feel underprepared for this type of consultation. This talk will help explain why it is worth exploring this topic with patients and explain how we can confidently diagnose chronic insomnia. There are many treatment options for chronic insomnia and we will cover these.

This session will take place via Zoom. You will find the zoom registration link in your booking confirmation email.
