This education session is being delivered as part of the GP Fellowship Education Programme and is open to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough GPs who are enrolled on the GP Fellowship Scheme or who are within their first 5 years of practice.
The session will provide an overview of common paediatric allergy presentations relevant to primary care, including:
- Cows milk protein allergy in infants
- Food allergies in children
- Managing first presentations of food allergies
This session will take place via Zoom. After booking, you will receive joining instructions approximately 24 hours before the event.
Speakers:
Dr Andrew Clark is a paediatric allergy consultant and is the Clinical Lead for paediatric allergy at Addenbrooke’s hospital. He has been an allergy consultant for 18years. He has vast experience in food allergy management and peanut oral immunotherapy.
Dr Rebecca Tibbott is a Locum Paediatric Allergy Consultant at Addenbrooke’s hospital. She completed her allergy training and Academic Clinical Fellowship in Addenbrooke’s and returned to join the team as a consultant in 2018.
