About this event

This interactive training session will enable you to feel confident to have good health and wellbeing conversations at work.

This is for leaders at all levels including clinical supervisors, health and wellbeing champions, line managers and professional nurse/midwifery advocates, across all social care, health and associated third sector organisations.

Health and wellbeing conversations are intended to be regular, supportive, coaching-style one to one conversations that focus on staff member wellbeing. These conversations are an important part of creating a culture where people feel heard and valued, and in which diversity is respected.

  • Spaces are limited to 20 therefore it is important that you attend or let us know in advance if you cannot attend so your place can be reallocated. A waiting list has been made available for those in need.
