As a result of feedback from Practice Managers, the Primary Care OH & HR Service Project’s next HR Peer Support Session will be on Interviewing Skills and Techniques. We will be providing an overview of good practice in interviewing to include various techniques and suggestions to get the most out of the interview process and get the right hire.
The session will be led by the Project Manager and HR Advisor for the service and will include time with your peers to share any hints and tips on what has worked well in your own experience.
