In this session, Samantha Donaldson (Co-Vice Chair of the Race Equality Network), Jillette Brown (Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic Freedom to Speak up Champion), Satbir Saggu (Co-Vice Chair of the Race Equality Network), and James Forrest (Chair of the Race Equality Network) from Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust will share what the trust and the network is doing and their experiences . The discussions will explore the ‘I can be Me’ Campaign,’ Impact and change: Perception – Being your authentic self in the workplace and Allyship. It will be facilitated by Neema Young, Ethnic Minority Network.
