Improving patient access and experience through GP receptionist care navigation and Social Prescribing Link Workers

GP receptionists and Social Prescribing Link Workers are often undervalued roles aligned to patient needs which are crucial to improving patient access and experience and wellbeing.

Since 2017 we have advocated supporting both roles to act in their full capacity. Now both roles have been recognised as crucial to delivering NHS recovering access to primary care plan; this webinar will discuss how to make GP receptionist care navigation and Social Prescribing Link Workers collaboration work in practice to improve patient access and experience.
