Event Overview
Essentials Webinar Series is a programme of webinars – broadcast live – providing expert specialist clinical training and essential information. These webinars are recorded live and are available for delegates to access freely for six months after the webinar date.
The webinar aims to inform GPs and GP registrars of the current landscape and challenges associated with childhood vaccinations in England. It will also will explore practical and cost-effective ways GPs can help increase childhood immunisation uptake, particularly in areas of high health deprivation. Drawing on real-life examples from NHS England fellowship programmes, we will showcase how innovative initiatives have successfully boosted vaccination rates while minimising the impact on GP practice resources.
From running baby wellness events in local shopping centres to collaborating with local authorities, we will highlight creative approaches that make immunisation services more accessible to paediatric populations. Join us to gain inspiration, share ideas, and discover strategies that can be adapted to your own practice.
