Conducting Courageous Conversations
Exploring the skills that underpin effective communication to build confidence in having conversations that might have otherwise been avoided or seemed difficult.
In this workshop we will understand why we need to hold courageous conversations and explore the skills that underpin effective communication. We will focus on active listening, effective questioning, coaching techniques and adopting a solution-focused approach to conduct courageous conversations.

About the facilitator
Katie Adams - Leadership Development Consultant. Katie is one of our Leadership Development Consultants. She works our clients to develop their leadership and management teams. Whether that is delivering Team Leader Apprenticeship’s or bespoke Leadership and Management Development Programs. Katie also is our Digital Manager, ensuring that Aspire’s digital learning content is relevant and keeps pace with digital developments. As custodian of Aspire’s online learning platform, Katie takes responsibility for the structure and organisation of the Digital Learning Hub.
