In this workshop, we gain an understanding what unconscious bias and how address our own and others. We will explore how to embrace inclusive leadership through an appreciation of difference; looking at behavioural styles, and compassionate leadership, linked to the work of Prof Michael West and the NHS People Promise.

Liz O’Connell – Leadership Development Consultant. Liz is our Leadership Development Consultant and has worked at Aspire Development since 2018. Liz designs and delivers Level 3 and level 5 apprenticeship programmes as well as ILM Management Development Programmes. She ensures all learners are supported and feel safe. Liz is also a qualified coach and is DISC accredited. Liz is passionate about learning both for herself and the people who she works with and supports
