What will module cover:
Introduction into your role as a social prescribing link worker. Develop a better understanding of your role and what you can and cannot do for your patients. How to establish boundaries and acquire greater awareness of what good intervention looks like to provide the best support for your patients. The sessions learnings will be provided by Tim Anfilogoff who will pass on his insights as the Social Prescribing Associate. Link workers will also get an introduction to Care Network Cambridgeshire, what we do as a charity and how we can work together to provide the best support for people in the community.
