Sir Norman Lamb is a former Member of Parliament and Minister for Care and Support in the Coalition Government and is currently Chair of the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. During his talk he will share his thoughts on leadership from his own personal perspective from his time in politics and his experience advocating for mental health services. Sir Norman will also discuss the impact of politics on healthcare provision and what leaders in mental health should consider, with any opportunity to ask questions at the end.
