Leading Beyond Boundaries 

Developing, building, and managing relationships within the broader community of care   

In this workshop we will develop an understanding of systems leadership and what this means for your role in the NHS.  We will explore the skills of influencing, negotiating and relationship building to build solid relationships with those you work with beyond your immediate workplace.  

Who is this session for 

The NHS Leadership Academy provides leadership development for people of all backgrounds and experiences across health and care.

About the facilitators   

Rachael Kedward – Leadership Development Consultant. Rachael is a Leadership Development Consultant for Aspire. A professionally qualified coach, facilitator and trainer specialising in personal development and impact, high-performance teams, resilience and wellbeing. She uses her excellent coaching and facilitation skills to explore real issues and generate practical, value-adding solutions.

Clare Sutton – Leadership Development Consultant. Clare is passionate about effective workplace learning, and developing individuals to be the best they can be. Clare began her career in HR & Training in hotels.  Clare has since worked in various Assessor/Tutor and Learning and Development roles, including working with young people to support them into employment and the charity sector. Clare works with our clients to deliver the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship and Leadership Development programmes. Clare is also our Learner Wellbeing Officer and Safeguarding Lead.
