Workshops designed to unlock your creative potential and empower you to enhance your ability to lead together. A range of creative warm up exercises will be provided and then a more in depth art workshop will follow encouraging participants to create their own art work and then share their art work with the group, participants can then keep and refer to in the future to remind them of the potential creative they unlocked in the workshop to enhance how they Lead together. Participants can also submit a photo of their art work to be part of a joint digital art work to be displayed within the trust both virtually and in an exhibition at the Cavell centre Peterborough.
