The L2 & L3 BA TB Group strongly believe that the first rung on the ladder of opportunity for so many people without L2 Maths & English, particularly those that are care experienced or from low socioeconomic backgrounds, is missing! They are organising a MS Teams meeting on 19th May at 1pm to galvanise like-minded employers, providers or anyone working with these groups to hopefully persuade IFATE!
NHS Employer Providers delivering the L3 BA with data on the Functional Skills barriers and impact the lack of L2 entry routes is having on their workforce and their local communities would be particularly welcome!
