This Pride month join NHS England’s LGBT Health Team and LGBTQIA+ Staff Network on Friday 28th June, 12-1pm to hear about the experience of LGBTQIA+ NHS staff and some of the positive impact of work being done to support the LGBTQ+ workforce, including work to improve inclusion for LGBTQIA+ staff undertaken by some of the organisations involved in the NHS Rainbow Badge Phase II Project.
We will also hear about the important work of LGBTQIA+ Staff Networks in supporting the workforce.
