Join us for this interactive session, which will cover how to use quality improvement (QI) methods to identify and address the challenges and opportunities for practice / PCN staff in recruitment and retention.
There will be opportunities for discussion, sharing experiences and best practice, helping you consider where best to focus when recruiting/ retaining staff and building your Multidisciplinary teams (MDT).
After the session you will have QI tools that you and your team can use to target areas that matter the most and have the biggest potential to improve.
Learning outcomes
- Describe key areas of recruiting and retention processes to pay attention using QI tools.
- Explore principles to ensure effective team working.
- Identify and share examples of successful MDTs in primary care, and how they can enhance the delivery of integrated care and support the wellbeing of staff and patients.
- Create quality improvement capability in workforce redesign and develop skills and strategies to implement and sustain recruitment and retention changes in your practice and PCN.
This webinar is for anyone in NHS general practice and Primary Care Networks.
The sessions are delivered by experienced Primary Care Transformation Team faculty members, comprising practice-based clinicians and non-clinicians and improvement experts who have worked extensively with general practice and wider primary care.
