I have a back ground in policing and my 30 year career and subsequent leadership journey has been a roller coaster of highs and lows. Resilience in the face of adversity and my core principles kept me grounded and safe. Today, reflecting on the past year or so those very same principles have enable me to ‘recover, recharge and rebuild’ my professional and more importantly my personal world.
